GC – Mark: Verified Customer Satisfaction
An average dissatisfied customer tells at least ten people about his negative experience.
That is the conclusion of a study carried out by the White House Office of Consumer Affairs. This statistic leaves no doubt that customer satisfaction should be a priority for any organization.
In today’s competitive business marketplace, customer satisfaction is an important performance marker and basic differentiator of business strategies. This satisfaction is related to various business aspects, such as marketing, product manufacturing, engineering, quality of products and services, response to customer problems and queries, completion of projects, post-delivery services, complaint management, and many more.
This seal can be used to show customers that a fully functional Customer Satisfaction Management system has been integrated into the company’s quality management and operational processes.
The GC-Mark for Verified Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensures that a customer satisfaction system is operational
- Builds upon ISO 9001 and the customer satisfaction series ISO 10001,2,3,4
- Includes an on-site audit to identify potential for improvement
