DQS is authorized to conduct the inspections of Hotels under the Quality Hotels of the World Certification scheme.
Quality Hotels of the World is a quality guarantee, a product with global range, pertain only to those hotels which “stand out of the crowd” in their category.
The product offers the hotel an overall solution including differentiation, promotion, and marketing, by developing a deep sense of trust and safety with each of its clients.
We want to make sure that the client is going to talk about his unforgettable experience to other potential clients and that he is going to return seeking the same quality he was offered during his first stay at the hotel.
The tourism standards are an integrated method of assessment, directed quality improvement, ranking and promotion designed for hotels divided in 5 categories (family, business, boutique, sport) and wellness centers within their premises.
Each hotel is going through a yearly assessment, both in terms of facilities and quality of service, in a manner which complies with the international tourism standards, regulations and practices. The criteria relate to the technical specifications, cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance , monitoring ,management, the operation of the hotel, quality objectives, customer’s needs and satisfaction.
Upon completion of the audit, the hotel is allowed to proceed -if necessary- with improvements within a specific timeframe, in order to comply with the requirements of the above mentioned tourism standards.
Compliance is proved by photographic material, completed documents (hotels’ archive) and personal interviews with members of the staff related to /controlling specific procedures.
After completing the audit successfully, the hotel will receive a certificate of compliance by DQS and the quality label of choice.
After awarding the hotel with the quality label, the hotel is registered in the international hotel platform for further promotion and marketing.
